Sold

Well the big news today is that we signed the paperwork to sell our North Carolina house.  As most everyone knows the economy is really atrocious right now so we feel fortunate to have the sale (pending) for a small profit as many around the country are selling for less than they owe on their property.  And although we didn't get enough money to have a nest egg, or to catapult us to the next level of financial security, we are happy we don't have to make payments on a house we don't live in anymore.  So we are popping open the champagne and celebrating!
